Karen Flewelling is a Saratogian who travels abroad and literally changes the lives of the needy... She is a one-woman humanitarian whirlwind. She collects money from her friends; then finds a place in need, and helps the local population with gifts of goats, pigs, seeds, and she even digs wells. She has taken seeds to Malawi, Namibia, Guatemala, and futuer plans for Nicaragua.
